3月16日，燕达集团与澳大利亚Worley集团公司战略合作协议签约仪式在燕达海门公司举行。Worley项目执行高级副总裁郝杰、中国区采购总监史清，燕达集团总裁雷建民、副总裁金威、集团销售总监杨涛、燕达海门总经理裴德年、副总经理李宁等出席签约仪式，并展开深入交流。

On March 16, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between Yanda Group and Worley Group of Australia was held at Yanda Haimen. Hao Jie, Senior Vice President of Project Delivery and Shi Qing, Purchasing Director of Worley China, Lei Jianmin, President of Yanda Group, Jin Wei, Vice President of Yanda Group, Yang Tao, Group Sales Director, Pei Denian, General Manager and Li Ning, Deputy General Manager of Yanda Haimen, attended the signing ceremony and had in-depth exchanges.

雷总首先对一行的到访表示热烈欢迎，并向其介绍燕达的最新发展和运营状况。同时，雷总也愉快地回忆了双方在诸多项目和领域的良好沟通和合作，对Worley长期以来对燕达的信任深表感谢。并期待通过此次战略合作协议的签署，进一步推动与Worley集团在更多领域相互合作，实现共赢发展。

Mr. Lei first extended a warm welcome to the clients and introduced Yanda's latest development and operation status. At the same time, he also recalled the good communication and cooperation relationship between the two sides in many projects and fields, and expressed his deep gratitude to Worley for long-term trust in Yanda. He looks forward to further promoting mutual cooperation with the Worley Group in more areas and achieving win-win development.

郝总对雷总的热情接待表示感谢，他表示燕达在模块、管道预制等领域有着非常丰富的经验和专业的能力，尤其是在数字化、智能化和模块化领域取得了斐然的成绩。他高度赞赏并对燕达积极推进双方合作的工作效率表示高度评价，同时强调Worley集团将借这次战略合作协议的机会全面加强与燕达的合作关系。

Mr. Hao expressed his gratitude to Mr. Leifor warm reception. He said Yanda has very rich experience and professional capabilities in the fields of modules and piping prefabrication, especially in smart digitalization and modularization. He spoke highly of Yanda in the efficiency of active promotion for the cooperation between the two parties, and emphasized that Worley will take the opportunity of this strategic cooperation agreement to comprehensively strengthen the cooperative relationship with Yanda.

随后，雷总向郝总和史总一行详细演示了燕达自行研发的智能数字化建造管理系统。客户一行对系统中的质量管理、数字化ITP、材料追踪等功能印象颇深。

Afterwards, Mr. Lei gave a detailed demonstration of digital smart fabrication management system developed by Yandato the clients. The clients were deeply impressed by the quality management,digital ITP, material tracking and other functions in the system.

签约仪式上，燕达集团销售总监杨涛和Worley中国区采购总监史清代表双方在战略合作协议上签字。

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Yang Tao and Mr.Shi Qing signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

签约仪式结束之后，雷总携团队陪同客户一行参观了车间和燕达码头。

After the signing ceremony, Mr. Lei with the team accompanied the clients to visit the workshop and Yanda jetty.
